Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for services, consultations and training provided by Digital Forensics 360.
General policy
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the agreed scope of work, project status and any written quotation, proposal or engagement terms accepted by the client. Where those written terms differ from this general policy, the written engagement terms will apply.
Cancellation before work begins
A client may request cancellation before assessment, investigation, consulting, training or other agreed work has started. Eligible refunds may be issued after deducting payment processing charges, non-recoverable third-party costs and any administrative or preparatory work already completed.
Services already started
Once work has started, fees for completed stages, time spent, resources allocated, evidence handling, research, testing, analysis or reporting are non-refundable. Any refund for the uncompleted portion of an engagement is considered according to the project scope and work delivered.
Completed services and delivered reports
Payments are non-refundable after a service has been completed or a report, assessment, consultation, forensic output, digital evidence deliverable or other agreed work product has been delivered.
Training and course fees
Course or training fees may be refundable only when cancellation is requested before the programme starts and before course material, account access or digital resources have been provided. Fees are non-refundable after attendance, access or delivery has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party and government charges
Payment gateway fees, software licences, travel, logistics, laboratory charges, device handling, government fees and other third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
Duplicate or incorrect payments
If a duplicate payment or an incorrect amount is received, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, the eligible amount will be returned through an appropriate payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact Digital Forensics 360 at +91-9896714347 and provide your name, payment date, transaction reference, service details and reason for the request. Requests should be made promptly so that project status and incurred costs can be verified.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing time may vary depending on the bank, payment provider and transaction method.
Policy updates
This Refund Policy may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its date of publication, subject to any separate written agreement already in effect.
